How every project runs

Every project, in every service, runs the same four steps in the same order: Discovery, Plan, Build, and Train & support. You always know where things stand and what comes next.

  1. Discovery

A free first call, then time with the people doing the work. We look at what you already have and say plainly what’s worth fixing.

  2. Plan

A written scope, timeline and quote — and for bigger jobs, a roadmap with milestones. Nothing is billed before you approve it.

  3. Build

The person who planned it builds it. You see working pieces along the way, not just a finished surprise.

  4. Train & support

We train your people, hand over documentation and access, and stay on as your advisor if you want us to.

We don’t just advise — we ship. The same team designs, builds and runs five live products of its own, from a native iPhone app to an AI voice receptionist. See what we’ve shipped.

FAQ

Questions about working with us.

Ask Arman directlyArman Piric(224) 382-4084contactus@312itconsulting.com
Which service should I start with?

If Salesforce is the problem, start with a 5–10 business day Salesforce health check. If you're not sure where the problem is, start with an IT strategy session that ends in a written, prioritized roadmap. Either way, the first call is free.

How do you price your work?

After a discovery call we send a written scope, timeline and quote before any work starts. Ongoing advisory is billed as a flat monthly retainer, and the first call is free.

Can one company really do Salesforce, apps, AI and strategy?

Yes, because they overlap: most Salesforce, app and AI projects are really about connecting systems and changing how people work. We're small on purpose, so the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it.

Do you work on-site in Chicago?

Yes. We work on-site across Chicago and the North Shore — the Loop, Evanston, Wilmette, Winnetka, Glenview, Northbrook, Lincolnwood, Niles, Morton Grove and Park Ridge — and remotely anywhere in the US.

Do you replace our managed IT provider?

No. We don't do help-desk or device support; we handle Salesforce, custom software, AI adoption and technology strategy, and we work alongside your existing IT provider.

Let’s talk.

The first call is free, and we reply within one business day. Tell us what’s not working — we’ll tell you which service fits, or if none does.
