Why "312".
312 is Chicago's original downtown area code, the one the Loop has answered to since area codes began. We named the company after it because that's who we are: a Chicago firm that works in person with Chicago businesses.

Founder: Arman Piric.
Arman Piric founded 312 IT Consulting in Chicago and leads every engagement personally. You talk to him on the first call, he writes your scope, and he's in the work until it's handed over.
- Salesforcehealth checks, cleanups, Flow, integrations
- Websites & appsweb apps, internal tools, iOS
- AI trainingworkshops, policy, voice agents
- IT strategyroadmaps, vendors, budgets, security
Arman also designs, builds and runs the company's own products. That's the practical difference: the advice you get comes from someone who ships and supports live software every week, not only slides about it.
Small on purpose.
The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, so nothing gets lost in a handoff. No account managers relaying messages, no junior team you never met.
Discovery
The first call is free. We talk to the people doing the work, see what you already have, and say plainly what's worth fixing.
Plan
A written scope, timeline and quote before work starts. Nothing is billed before you approve it.
Build
The person who planned it builds it. You see working pieces along the way, not a big reveal at the end.
Train & support
We train your people and hand over the code, accounts and docs. You own all of it. Ongoing support is a flat monthly retainer.
What we do.
Four services, one team, so your Salesforce, your software, your AI rollout and your technology plan actually agree with each other.
