Founded by Arman Piric, it also designs, builds and runs its own software products, including the Bosanski language app, 312 Scheduling, Slate CRM, Zenan Fleet and RadTrack.
312 is Chicago's original downtown area code. We're a Chicago company and work in person with businesses from the Loop up through the North Shore — and remotely whenever that's simpler.

It depends on scope, so you get a written scope and quote before work starts, and the first call is free. As a guide, a Salesforce health check typically costs $2,500–$6,000 and takes 5–10 business days — the least expensive way to find out what's wrong. A full implementation or re-implementation typically costs $15,000–$60,000 and takes 4–12 weeks.
Yes. We're based in Chicago and work on-site across the city and the North Shore, including Evanston, Wilmette, Glenview, Northbrook, Lincolnwood, Niles and Morton Grove. Most of our work can also be done remotely, so clients anywhere in the US are welcome.
A marketing website usually takes 2–4 weeks and typically costs $5,000–$20,000. A web app, customer portal, internal tool or iOS app usually takes 4–8 weeks and typically starts from about $25,000. We agree on scope and milestones in writing first, and you see working builds along the way. Timelines are estimates and subject to change based on scope.

Workshops run 2–3 hours per group, a single on-site workshop for up to about 15 people typically starts from about $2,500, and a full team rollout takes 1–4 weeks. If it helps, we also build copilots, agents or voice agents for real workflows — like Sofia, the AI receptionist in our own 312 Scheduling product. You do. The websites, apps, integrations and Salesforce configuration we build for you belong to your business, along with the accounts and documentation needed to run them without us.
It's senior technology leadership without a full-time hire. We build your technology roadmap, help choose vendors and software, set a budget and a security baseline, and stay on call as your advisor while you carry it out. A written roadmap usually takes 2–3 weeks, and ongoing fractional-CTO advisory is a flat monthly retainer, typically $2,000–$6,000 a month.
